I’m a lawyer based in Victoria, British Columbia. My practice is focused on public interest environmental law, Indigenous legal issues, sustainable resource development, and property disputes.
I have represented First Nations, environmental groups, and individuals in court, regulatory proceedings, and negotiations on a wide range of issues. I have extensive experience with environmental assessments and have appeared several times before the National Energy Board.
I attended law school at the University of Victoria, graduating in 2013 with a Concentration in Environmental Law and Sustainability. Before starting my own practice, I worked for a top Aboriginal law firm in Victoria. Prior to attending law school, I worked for the Yukon Government in the field of contaminated sites remediation.
Whether you're starting an exciting new project or facing a daunting legal challenge, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
